Mr. R.G. Mohan Babu started House of fittness Studio on 2002. We are proud to have helped thousands of people in chennai discover health and fitness since then. We teach them how to enjoy their workouts, while getting fit with our diversified programs.

House of Fitness studio is the novel fitness centre in chennai, where maximum training success can be achieved by little effort only and independent from age and physical constitution.

Our Approch of Fitness

The House of Fitness approach to fitness and wellbeing incorporates the scientific physiological knowledge of the western world with the ancient esoteric wisdom of holistic living from the eastern world to present a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Our view is to treat every human being as an integrated whole striving to strike a balance between the internal and external environment of their body. The greatest highlight of this approach is that it ‘coaches’ every individual to better understand his / her body by taking personal responsibility, rather than ‘treating’ them for standardized conditions as if they were a commodity!

The human body is an immaculate system, perfect beyond all imagination. And yet, part of that system also works based on our interaction, understanding and implementation with the external environment. There are occasions when we wish to train our body for vanity – to look good, compete, peek performance, dance, play a sport, run a marathon – to be a winner! We train you to achieve these laurels by customizing your fitness regime for short durations to push you hard by following the ‘No pain No gain’ philosophy. However, in the long run, fitness is for longevity – to feel great, to heal easily, move, laugh, avoid pain and lead a healthy life! Our long term goal for each member is Holistic wellbeing. In tune with those needs we will provide lifestyle modifications that inspire you to take personal responsibility. We train, don’t drain!
